Membership Subscription Renewal Information for HIMAA Members

As from April 2009, if membership renewal falling due you will receive a Renewal Invoice from HIMAA explaining your membership subscription options and asking you to indicate your choice of option and payment method.

It is imperative that you use this renewal invoice to renew your membership.  Without this information HIMAA will not be able to accurately process your membership renewal. The Renewal Invoice will provide you with a number of options for paying your membership subscription:

  • By credit card using the Renewal Invoice (a receipt/Tax Invoice will be issued).
  • By returning a cheque, money order with the Renewal Invoice (a receipt/Tax Invoice will be issued).
  • By Bpay (a receipt/Tax Invoice will be issued).
  • By requesting the issue of a Tax Invoice, and
  • A new option of authorising HIMAA to debit your credit card as future memberships fall due (a receipt will be issued).
