Exhibition booth Location Preferences
Please contact HIMAA for exhibition layout. This will be available from early April 2000, and will be posted on the IFHRO WWW site.
CONDITIONS
I understand HIMAA Ltd. is undertaking the functions of the IFHRO Secratariat.
I understand exhibition booths will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of applications and deposit monies, and that the IFHRO Congress Secretariat's decision will be final.
Should the exhibition floor plan require expansion or contraction, the Secretariat has the right to make the necessary changes.
Cancellation Policy
In case of the withdrawal of sponsorship please note that unless the Secretariat is able to resell the area of sponsorship then HIMAA will reserve the right to retain deposit monies received.

Payment Schedule
The following payment schedule is suggested:

50% confirmation deposit within 30 days of acceptance of the agreement

50% due 1st September 2000

This payment schedule can be adapted to suit your requirements.
As at 30 June 2000 an Australian Government Goods and Services Tax of 10% will apply to all financial transactions involving the purchase of goods and services - including sponsorship. The Congress is considered a service which is being "delivered" after 30 June 2000 therefore all sponsorship payments include 10% GST. Sponsors within Australia should be able to redeem the tax using input tax credits.
