To register as a Consultant please click on the Registration link on the left side of this
page. You will then be presented with a series of screens to help you complete the
Registration Fee payment process. Once payment has been effected you will be presented
with a screen containing the details of the transaction. Please print this page.
On the same page you will find a link to the Registration Form. Click this link to go on
to the registration procedure.
On the presenting Registration Form, please complete ALL fields. Where a question is not
applicable, please complete using "N/A" (without quotation marks). Once again,
all fields are mandatory.
Once the form is complete, click on the button at the bottom of the page. Your details
will be then uploaded to the Consultants Database.We thank you for registering with
HIMAA and wish you success with future projects.
