Refund and Payment Policy:
Full Payment is required prior delivery of goods. 10% GST is included in all
prices except for goods sent outside Australia. We only accept credit card payments
and bank draft for Overseas orders. A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card
payments (6% levy charge to AMEX cards)
We do not refund.
We do not accept returns or exchange goods once the goods are sent.
Discount Policy:
Discount prices for HIMAA and CCSA Members
Only.
Special prices for order of more than 10 copies only. No further discount applies to
the Organisation or the bookshops.
Mailing Costs:
For individual order of one copy, all prices stated below
include the postage within Australia. For orders of 2 or more, all
