Refund and Payment Policy:
Full Payment is required prior to delivery of goods.  All prices for goods delivered within Australia include 10% GST.  For overseas orders HIMAA ONLY accepts payment by credit card or bank draft.  A surcharge of 2% appies to all credit card payments.  HIMAA accepts credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.

We do not refund.
We do not accept returns or exchange goods once the goods are sent with the exception of goods damaged in transit.  Requests for exchange of damaged goods must be received within 7 days of dispatch by HIMAA.
