Health Information Manager - (Permanent Full Time) - Latrobe Regional Hospital, Melbourne, Vic.

An opportunity exists for a qualified Health Information Manager to join the Health Information Unit at Latrobe Regional Hospital.  The role will provide an efficient clinical coding service along with other Health Information Manager tasks.

The successful applicant will need to be competent in the use of clinical coding, MS Office products (Word, Excel), experience working in a busy team environment with conflicting demands and well developed communication skills.  Previous medical records management and patient computer systems experience, whilst not essential, will be an advantage.

It is preferred for applicants to possess a Health Information Management Degree, however applicants with a clinical coding certificate or equivalent will also be considered.
