   using your username and password. Pricing for members is inclusive of postage and GST.

   Non-members and volume purchases by members and non-members - Pricing does 
   not include GST. Postage will be calculated on checkout and will vary according to your 
   location. GST will be calculated and displayed on checkout. The order confirmation will 
   show all applicable charges.
